Just an email to let you know how pleased I am with my recent purchase of a Holden vehicle from your Frankston Bay City Holden dealership. Friends, Family, and Associates have all been extremely impressed by the condition and quality of the vehicle, particularly as it is a used vehicle.

The vehicle was very well presented in your yard, as well as being placed on the usual Internet locations, (but with honest photos and details), and was finally well prepared on time with all requested final items prior to post-sale delivery on 31/12/08.

However, the most pleasurable and impressive part of the buying experience was dealing with your sales consultant Glen Saunderson (aka “The Pom”). It was Glen that really tipped the scales towards me committing to purchasing from Bay City Holden, rather than elsewhere. I am also happy that I was able to purchase locally, though I must confess that this was not one of my original priorities.

Glen is extremely professional in both his presentation and attention to detail. What is particularly impressive is his extremely detailed and accurate product knowledge of the range of vehicles on the lot. Unlike many other consultants, I encountered during my vehicle search, Glen really “knows his stuff” and shows genuine interest and enthusiasm for the product he is presenting to the public.

I also appreciated his polite, well spoken, low-key, relaxed and non-pushy approach, as well as his prompt follow up and communication relating to any questions that I had. He was also very flexible re: availability for consultation, and extremely punctual and organised for all face to face meetings. He certainly outshined the other people I experienced at other dealerships during my vehicle search.
